My Story

I am qualified psychiatrist, sports psychologist and performance coach with a commitment to providing superlative care to my patients.

I completed my undergraduate degree in Ukraine and did my masters in Psychiatry at University of Nairobi while also doing a course in sports psychology at Barca Innovation Hub Universitas, which is the official education system of FC BARCELONA.

Mental Wellbeing is my passion and helping my patients achieve optimal mental health and optimal performance is my goal. 

'A Sportsfan who loves to read and who enjoys experimenting in the kitchen as much as I enjoy travelling,' is how I would describe myself.
